[edit] Guidelines

Anyone should be encouraged to propose mergers of articles if they believe it to be useful. Please give a good reason for your proposal, either within the Merge-Tag or on the talk page. Proposals for mergers without reasonable explanation will not be considered.

Articles proposed for mergers should not be merged before any party involved has had a chance to comment on the proposal. Therefore the actual merger should not take place less than 72 hours after the initial proposal.

Of course you may edit articles proposed for mergers. They may, however, not be blanked in any case.

Lacking a poll system the decision whether articles will be merged or kept separated is at the discretion of the WikiAir administrators, until a viable alternative can be implemented. Jana a.k.a. electrique 09:41, 6 August 2007 (MST)
